If a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, I will refund the cost of the flute excluding shipping costs. The conditions are as follows: The flute must be sent back in the original condition with no alterations or damage and must be post marked no more than 10 days after the original post mark from me. We strongly recommend insurance for shipping as we will not be responsible for damages or loss incured through shipping
